To what images are you referring?

The panos that come from the z1. I like lighroom better than stitch for editing of the images. I also have a bathroom image that needs camera removed from mirror. Those images, i’ve imported them into lighroom and there are 2 of each. Do both need the removal or just 1. I think they are labeled h1 and s1.
You want to use the h1 versions. The others are I think previews.
Did you download all the panos? Did you have to do them one by one? I’ve been fine using stitch mostly, seems like a lot of work to download them all, process in Lr and re-upload.
You may be best served doing the camera removal in Ps.
I revisited this link becasue I too was attempting to upload iGuide floor plans to Aryeo. I found a solution.
Go to this Adobe link and you can convert PDF to JPG, though you have to create a free account to download it…Adobe Acrobat
Aryeo also sent me this link…Image Converter - FreeConvert.com
iGuide provides a JPG version of the floor plans so there is no need to convert the PDF to JPG step.
Any of you operators that are using Aryeo need to push them to get on with the iGUIDE API integration. If you gang up on them, they will do it faster.
Thank you @DanFleury. I searched the support topics and found nothing on this topic. The support documentation is lacking in some areas.
I definitely recommend attending the weekly webinars! They are super helpful and allow live question and answer which let me know about the JPEG export of floorplans. There is a little more information in the PDF though about the ANSI certification of our measurements etc…but not a big deal.
@DanFleury Do you know if there is anywhere else besides the report where all the links are available–tour, floor plan, we page?
@Jarid I just use the Report page, but I’m sure there are ways to get into the nuts and bolts of this stuff, I just don’t have a need for it myself so I’ve never looked into it.
Just got the information from support.
Just got the information from support.
What’s the information you got from them?
Did you receive a reply from Aryeo about this?
This is the best way iv’e found as of now. Reached out to Aryeo support a couple weeks ago and they don’t currently support PDF’s for their feature pages/sites. No word on roadmap integration either.
I don’t see a good reason why Aryeo couldn’t automate all of these steps when it comes to iGuide other than they just haven’t devoted the resources to it. There’s no reason why these steps have to be done manually.
I’m going to reach out to them about this.
I had a Zoom call with Aryeo business development yesterday and with Aryeo’s founder/CEO today to advocate for a tight iGuide integration. He was receptive to the suggestions and thinks that it could be integrated sometime this spring.
Fingers crossed that this happens soon and eliminates a pile of steps that currently have to be done manually.
This may not be entirely related to the conversation. I looked into switching service providers from HD Photo Hub to Aryeo along with purchasing their new Mobile App (white labeled for my company). The only feature about Aryeo that I liked was their flat monthly fee, versus paying per site on HD. Every other feature I prefer what HD offers me even at the higher price. I decided to stick with HD and have now ordered their new App. HD’s app is $1200 up front versus Ayreo’s $150/month forever. And the beauty of staying with HD is my client’s past property sites will be available on my App whereas with Ayreo I would have had to create new property sites, or clients would have to switch between my old website and the new website. Far too confusing and cumbersome for them. Looking forward to seeing my App in the next month or two.
We used Aryeo for January. We canceled our subscription.
The team and support group are excellent. The platform is well suited to smaller single-person real estate photography businesses. At the current time, their platform does not offer the flexibility that a mid-sized real estate photography business needs. It is also not adaptable for all the various situations and scenarios that come up in our industry, and if you’re located in Canada (like us), it creates a book-keeping nightmare. They are hard at work on their V3 summer release, which I think will have many improvements.
HDPhotoHub is a better fit for iGUIDE integration (you can link your pdf floor plans instead of having to post the .jpgs), but they also need to get on with an iGUIDE integration.
Not sure what you mean with iGUIDE integration. I post the iGUIDE right into the property site - both branded and unbranded - I upload the floor plan PDFs as well as a PNG version.

Hey Doug, fellow Canadian RE business owner/operator here. Curious what system you use besides aryeo? Just signed up recently but also noticed how incompatible the book keeping will become. Also a fellow iGuide user.
