According to Zillow Consumer Housing Trends Report 2018, “Viewing a floor plan” is considered extremely or very important by 58% of users, while “Viewing professional pictures” is at 46%, followed by “Taking a live virtual tour” at 35% and “Watching a recorded video tour” at 30%.

The numbers are more impressive if you combine them (floor plans are “important” to 84% of buyers), which is how I’ve been using numbers like this in my marketing. I then include the chart or additional information to explain how the number I am using is calculated.
