Will iguide ever accept credit cards for payments for fees

I am spending between 3000-6000 a month on fees for iguide. I would love to put that on my company credit card and get the travel points vs from my bank account. Can we get with modern times and make that a option?

I hope not. That transaction cost would then become instantly a 3 to 5 percent increase in my cost. Let’s keep this a wholesale relationship.

We are spending close to $15k per month… Would be nice to pay via CC, however I do understand about the wholesale pricing

Agreed. If it means that Planitar would have to increase their rates to cover processing fees, I’d rather keep costs down and continue paying the way we currently do.

I don’t begrudge Planitar for this. It’s a lesson for us. If you stick to a beneficial payment policy, don’t mess with it. I accept and in many ways encourage credit card payment from my clients for THEIR convenience. It’s beneficial for my clients and I’m not messing with it.

Side-note: I used to work for someone who wanted to pay for everything he could on CC, but would NOT open the doors for our clients. I found that a little self-centred.

Credit cards and their facilitators are eating-up profits from a lot of small businesses!!!

Yep. I don’t see this as a matter of “getting with modern times”. I imagine that it’s a strategic business decision to run a lean ship.

Am I missing something? Been paying with a credit card all along. I’m in the US. How do you guys pay? I would personally like to pay using some of my crude oil or goats, got too much on hand

Here in Canada we have to pay by electronic funds transfer, that’s our only option.
I would love to be able to pay by credit card also but agree with the above comments, not if it means they’ll pass those fees onto us.
Interesting though that those in the US, and I’m assuming everywhere else, get that CC option.

Have to agree with the majority here. EFT is the way to go, especially if CC payments will add to the cost. My accounting software takes a percentage of the invoice if it is paid by CC, but nothing if it is paid by EFT. I accept both payment types but encourage my clients to pay by EFT if it’s convenient. It could be the same for situation or similar for iGUIDE.
EDIT: some of y’all paying 15k / month??? are you hiring?
