I am just wondering what’s happened to the market. I was very busy last month but not now? What do you think? are you in same situation?
The number of listings are down everywhere. We’re down 60-80% depending on the week in my area.

I’ve been slower this month as well, but still solid. I think it’s mostly the annual slow down in July and August. In my area (western Canada), summer is short so we usually see a slow down as attention turns to enjoying summer before the season turns. And this year, especially, given the long pandemic winter.
Every year in July I think “uh oh”, and then by mid-August and early September I wish I had more time on my hands.
