What disclaimer do you use for measurements in the model?

I know that the accuracy is shown when doing a measurement in the model. So the customer sees the value. Do you put any disclaimers in your contract?

disclaimers protect you from liability if a customer misuses the data.
It also sets expectations that while the model is highly accurate, it’s not a legally binding survey.
Some clients may request a higher level of accuracy, if so, consider offering verification services at an additional cost.

Do you typically work with real estate, construction, or another industry? Some industries may require more specific legal wording.
