Unbranded Tours Becoming Branded?!

What is going on?! I am having Realtors contact me about tours that are showing branded on their unbranded links. They are getting in trouble from the MLS! The weird thing is I have been through this for 3 listings so far and its happening again. When I get the portal back I check them to confirm they are all good to go… send it off to my client, and then weeks, sometimes even months later, they contact me saying their tour is showing as branded and they have the MLS contacting them. Does not look good for me, my business and my clients
So far support tickets have fixed each one, but why is it doing this to my tours? I feel like I have to check each one daily.

We take this issue seriously, and we’ve conducted an internal investigation to ensure there are no system wide bugs affecting unbranded links.

Based on what we’ve seen so far in previous tickets you have created, the issue you’re experiencing appears to be related to Pano Branding, specifically, the logo that can appear beneath each scan location within the tour.

Even if the tour link itself is unbranded, the Pano Branding can be enabled. This setting can be toggled on or off per tour, so it’s important to verify whether it’s enabled before sharing the unbranded link.

We recommend double checking the Pano Branding setting in the iGUIDE Portal and ensuring that you are sending the unbranded link.
