Hello everyone,
Today I am unable to access my iGUIDE account.
When trying to log in to the iGUIDE management portal I receive the following error message:
Application Error – status 500
connection refused (dial tcp 172.31.200.10:5432)
It appears that the server cannot connect to the database.
I have already opened a support ticket with iGUIDE Support, but since it is Sunday I was wondering if anyone else in the community is experiencing the same issue today.
The system status page reports that all systems are operational, but the login problem persists.
Environment:
Firefox browser
Windows 11 (Version 24H2)
Is anyone else currently having the same login issue?
