Is it possible to do two different tours from one location? That is, one with and one without furniture.

Yes, you could create two views within a single tour. You could shoot two tours, but then you’d be duplicating your drafting expense.

Look at views in the knowledgebase. With views you could shoot each room with and without furniture, and once it’s drafted create two views. One view with the furniture panos disabled, and a second view with the no-furniture panos disabled.

Views are a very powerful and handy feature.

Yes, that is how it works. Look at the help for views. Once you wrap your head around the concept it’s very handy.
