Hi there. I think both of these should be easy to implement.
1: Currently there is one manager for the iguides and that person automatically gets the portal reports. I would love to be able to have a default set of managers. I am asking for two, but others may want more.
2: With most iGuides now I am providing a new complete view after the report has come back. Because agents are trying to have as little foot traffic as possible, when they have an interested buyer, they give them the “serious buyers” link that shows all of the storage and utility rooms - all of the pans that are not shown in the public facing iGuide. It’s not a huge job, but it is just another step. It would be great if when we are uploading the stitch data we had a checkbox that would flag that project for a second view and it could be included in the portal report automatically.
