They email you an invoice every month. Keep your email and print your invoices.

So, I am curious about how we can print an individual invoice for any particular scan, job, or property because I have yet to figure it out. I must share the invoice with clients occasionally, and I’ve only found a place where I can print the entire invoice by month.
I’m not sure why you would want to share your cost from Planitar with your client. The only invoice you should send them is the invoice that you have created for them. Planitar does not invoice per individual job, but you can see your costs in the billing portion of your dashboard in your portal account.

When I make a monthly payment to Planitair it is recorded in my accounting software under a related expense category, which is in the reoprt sent to my accountant yearly for tax purposes. So your payments should already be in your acocunting software, and if you need proof of payments, your invoices are in your dashboard.
Not to mention that the client can also easily find the costs online - but we won’t open that can of worms again
