Support ticket link in support emails

Since your switch to Zendesk for support tickets, I’ve noticed that email replies from your team no longer include the link to the ticket on your support site.

Can you please enable this so that with one click we can access the ticket online? I believe that’s an option with Zendesk and makes reviewing a support ticket easier than scrolling through potentially long emails.

It looks like this has been implemented, so we can now read and respond to a support ticket by clicking the link in the email.
