Support site login persistence

The new support site prompts for a login each time I visit. It does not appear to use cookies (or whatever the current tech is) to persist a login – unlike the previous support site and the iGuide portal.

Can you please look at making logins persistent?

Seen - let us see what we can do while balancing security best practices.

I would think that security requirements would be higher for the portal compared the support site (if not equal).
