what is the process for adding site plans to older iGuides. Once some of the bugs are worked out, I have some older jobs that could benefit from a site plan. I see you just check a box to add it on. I always scan decks and at least one shot outside of each door however I would not have scanned the yards or rest of the property. can this be added from just the satellite and/or drone photos or do I have to go back and scan more?
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to create a Site Plan using satellite or drone imagery alone. The Site Plan add-on requires exterior scans around the property. You can find more information here but I have also included our site plan capture guidelines below.
Technical Capture Guidelines:

| High-detail zones (Gardens, pools, structures) | 5-10 ft spacing |
| Medium-complexity areas | ~10 ft spacing |
| Low-detail or continuous linear areas (Side yards, open lawns) | ~ 15 ft spacing |
General Rule:
- More features = Tighter capture density
- Fewer features = Spacing may increase without affecting the interpretability of features
- The goal is clear visual availability of objects and layout, not precision measurement
