I might have missed something in the past little while but I always have the need to change the name of what is the “master” bedroom, now it’s always called “primary”. Can anyone explain this? Did I miss something? Just a random question that I need the answer too.

I’d suggest opening a support ticket about joining the operators group.
The short answer is that some jurisdictions are keeping up with contemporary events and dropping the word “master” in favor of more neutral terminology.
