When you REQUEST AN UPDATE in the iGuide platform, there should always be a text box that appears, not just when you click “something else”.
I just went through this not even ten minutes ago.
It’s completely unintuitive for the text box to not be visible unless you click “something else”, especially when the description tells you to “use the provided text field”.
Yep. I click something else every time just so I can properly explain the situation.
