As of today, it appears that the high resolution photo download links in the iGuide Report only contain the floor plans and NONE of the photos. The low resolution download contains everything. This is very problematic.
Anyone else seeing this?
It looks like the problem is solved now. During the problem, multiple attempts on multiple computers downloaded a zip file that was only 435 KB. Now it’s 143 MB and contains all the photos.
Troubleshooting an issue with iGuide downloads is not something that I want to be doing on a Saturday morning…
