When orienting panos, unless we move the image up and down, we might not see a tripod shadow. In the image editing panel, we get to see the full 1x2 image and that’s when I wish I could conveniently do my Photoshop edits. It would be a good improvement if in the “magic hat” pano editing panel we could choose to “open file” do our Photoshop edits and then “reload” the pano, and then continue with our other photos.

I just had the same idea, and posted it as a feature suggestion. This being posted 3,5 years prior does not get my hopes up though 
But it would definitely speed up the workflow, so I am hoping it would be considered.
