orientation of scans in stitch

Is there a way in stitch when all scans are done to re orientate the scan 45 degrees so the front door would be at the bottom orientated correctly. I rectenly upload a survey and the front door is facing to the left of the page vs being at the bottom. Contacted support and they said there is nothing they can do. How does one get the oirientation so the front door is on orientated on the bottom of floor plan?

I figured it out, highlight all floors that need to be reorientated, use the the 4 arrows button to reorientate so front door is coming from the bottom.

I highlight all scans on the floor and then hold the Right Mouse button down and then move the mouse to to rotate the whole floor. The direction depends on where your pointer is in relation to the floor but it’s easy to see immediately.

Thanks BigA107 - I wish I would have known before that you can orientate them properly in stitch!

I highlight all scans on the floor

It’s even easier than that.

Press F to select an entire floor, rather than highlighting all the scans. Then use the right mouse button to rotate the floor.

Good info Leroy. I should have been more clear, I hit Cntrl-A to select all scans on the floor but a simple F is even easier.

Control-A to select all is just as easy. I just wanted to point out that a keyboard shortcut exists that saves time versus using the mouse to highlight all scans on a floor.

Hope you’re doing well, Al.
