missed a room

I scanned a 6000 sq ft house and missed a room. I still have project on thumb drive. I know I can go back and rescan and add room., What is the process for this? I assume I open project and just go scan it. How do I add it back and let the drafters know that a room needs to be added?

It happens. Two choices:

  1. Upload the existing data without the missing room. Then go back, scan the missing room, and request an update through the portal, uploading just your scans for the missing room.

or

  1. Don’t upload the data yet. Go back and scan the missing room and then upload everything for drafting in complete form.

Either way you’ll end up with the complete results.

Thanks, its all ready been uploaded and delivered. What I’m confused about it is I’ve read that I need to start a new project. Go re scan and then use stitch to create the tar data file. If its only 1 scan that I need to do, there nothing to align to. How do the drafters know where to add the room to the existing survey thats done? How much does somethig like that cost for an update?

This house I scanned had a guest house with it. It looks like I missed a room in the main house and also in the guest house. Do I ceate a new project for both missed rooms since the guest house is thought as as another floor?
