Is there a method to extract or derive boma -compliant measurements from the existing property data, without having to manually remeasure the space?

Hi Logan,

iGUIDE doesn’t offer a way to extract BOMA-compliant measurements from existing property data. Our floor plans follow the RECA RMS and ANSI Z765 measurement standards and aren’t created to BOMA standards.

You may be able to use the PDF floor plans or DXF files from your iGUIDE to calculate BOMA areas in a separate application, without remeasuring the space. As BOMA calculations fall outside what our products are designed for, we aren’t able to confirm BOMA compliance or provide support with that process. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Hi Logan, if you wish to obtain a BOMA Standards Report, we can do that for you. However, you would need to get an AutoCAD for that location. With that data, we can generate that report.
