“Low Ceiling Height: Include or Exclude” as an Option box in the Portal

Basements with low ceilings are automatically not included in the interior square footage totals. It would be great to have an option in the Portal that iGuide operators or Portal editors can tick ourselves. On occasion, we may not realise that ceilings fall below the designated height, or a photog did not include this note when uploading to Stitch, resulting in clients asking for the basement sq ft to be included. The drafters always make this adjustment but its extra work for them and delays the iGuide. We believe having a “Low Ceiling Height: Include or Exclude” as an Option box in the Portal will help resolve this issue. Many Thanks

I’d like to see this. Not complaining but I’ve had a couple of instances where I left a note to include the area, and it wasn’t. Only to have to submit a ticket to ask again. Not a huge deal, but extra steps for everyone.

This would be nice.
