Hey everyone — we’ve recently rolled out a number of new iGUIDE updates designed to make capturing, delivering and managing projects a little smoother.
A few highlights:
• Residential Site Plans are now available for eligible listings
• New Branded Property Overviews combine floor plans and Site Plans into one professional PDF
• Our new Zendesk-powered support experience includes AI chat assistance, improved Help Center search and easier ticket tracking
• The latest PLANIX update adds built-in Help Center access, Ricoh Theta X firmware updates and general performance improvements
We’ve also made a number of smaller workflow improvements behind the scenes to help streamline day-to-day tasks. You can learn more here.
