Issues logging in to support site?

Anyone else having problems logging in to see their support tickets?

My login is being rejected and the password reset link doesn’t send the promised email.

Did you check your spam folder by chance? The password reset email may have ended up there. Let me know if that’s the case, if not we can create a ticket and get this sorted out for you.

Yes, I did. There’s nothing there.

I have not changed my login details so I don’t know why there’s a problem.

I just used that link but did not receive a password reset email. There’s nothing in my junk folder.

Were existing logins and ticket data transferred to the new system?

As I’ve communicated, I’ve tried the password reset link several times now but no email arrives – not in my inbox, not in junk. It’s pretty frustrating that I can’t access the new support site. This is a first the many years I’ve been an iGuide operator.
