Is iGuide (and other 3D tours) a status symbol?

I’m trying to understand more of the psychology around clients who like and make use of technology like this on a regular basis. I’m finding in my market that many of the “busy” agents and teams are using or have tried my services, and I think part of that might be due to the fact that their main competition is using me for their listings.
Our services are probably among the most expensive options in our markets (my invoices tend to be $600+ on larger listings where clients order “everything”).
Is the fact that the big players see their competition spending money motivation for them to spend money too?
Or is it just because this is what it costs to get the best package of listing presentation material?
