Integration with MLS syndicators is a big selling point for 3D tours for me — an agent can drop an iGuide tour into the ‘virtual tour’ space and the syndicators pick it up and put it wherever. Zillow traditionally integrates it inline with the rest of the tour photos.
I’m having trouble with iGuide, 1 out of dozens of my iGuide tours is actually working correctly in Zillow. This 1 agent has several other tours, entered the same way, that aren’t showing up in Zillow. All of these tours are showing up where they should on the other syndicators.
Does anyone else do this and are your tours showing up on Zillow? I’ve talked to NTREIS (north Texas MLS), Zillow, iGuide, and my agents — I suspect it’s an issue at the Zillow level, but it’s so difficult to get to a human being who might be able to do something that I don’t want to start that process without having a better idea if the problem is with them.
