We would love to have the option of signing a blanket waiver to have the dimensions of all balconies, decks, and other exterior spaces included in the report by default. We are currently adding them all in manually and this would save us considerable time.

I support this request since scanning Victorian houses in the UK with small gardens, usually at the rear, is an important feature to integrate and show on floor plans. This is often requested by real estate agents, as having even a 10 sqm garden at the back of a house in London (UK) is a game changer for sellers and buyers
