iGuide Report "In Production"

Hi everyone, just looking to see if anyone has this occuring to them. iGuide has sent out the report to the respective reciptients with an “In Production” label across it and the floorplan measurements as “Pending”. Problem is - when I go into the backend of iGuide and check the status of it, it is complete (Includes finished pano tour & completed floorplans, including measurements).

Is the report within the email supposed to refresh and include the completed iGuide or is there a separate report that goes out as being completed?

Sorry if this topic has been brought up before, I can’t seem to find anything regarding this.

I sent in a support ticket this morning because this happened to me yesterday and today.
This is their response;

*We discovered that there was a bug responsible for sending the iGUIDE Reports prematurely. *
The bug has since been fixed, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience.
You should now be receiving your iGUIDE Reports as usual.
