If it is from usa and i am in EU is it somehow region-locked?

You know as DVD-s and DVD players were region locked in 90-s
Also important to know what power plug it has.
Because here in europe we have this type for plugs.
Since power standards differ between the US (120 V, 60 Hz) and Europe (230 V, 50 Hz).
USA / Candada / Voltage 110-120v / 60 Hz and Type A/B (2 flat pins or 3-pin with ground)
Europe / Voltage 220-240V / frequency is 50 Hz and plug type is Type C/E/F (2 round pins)
Most modern camera systems like PLANIX are powered by low-voltage DC via an external power brick or USB-C charger.
If that’s the case:
- The AC adapter (the brick) is the only part that cares about input voltage.
- Look at the label on the power brick — it should say something like:
INPUT: 100–240V ~ 50/60Hz
OUTPUT: 12V 2A
If it says 100–240 V, it’s dual voltage, and I am safe!
All I need is a plug adapter (mechanical converter only), not a voltage converter.
- US to EU plug adapter (Type B → Type F/C)
Ok. I found out that device does not have region lock
but If I do purchase a system, i need to fill out the Used Camera Agreement form here: Used iGUIDE Camera Agreement | iGUIDE. The original owner (the person who sold you the system), will also be sent out an email from us on the support team, asking them to confirm that they did in fact sell the system, otherwise, they are not be able to have an operator account set-up for me on the Portal.
Questions:
Who and what price is selling it. Hoped to buy it for 1500 eur
