The camera is in excellent condition, and has always been treated with care.it has been reliable throughout my 9 months of ownership.

  2. Can you share the iGUIDE portal account history showing usage?
  3. Are all original accessories included — specifically the battery, charging kit, and system shield cover?
  4. Will you do a video call to demonstrate it powering on and connecting to the app?
  5. What shipping method and insurance coverage?
  6. How to prevent a scam? credit card is best because its protected.

It’s shipping from Kelowna BC to Washington state — you’ll cross the US/Canada border. i need to budget for:

  • Customs duty
  • Brokerage fee if shipping by courier like FedEx/UPS (~$50–100)
  • Washington state use tax on the purchase (~10.4%) i dont know how to avoid
