How to unlock an iGuide

How do I unlock an iGuide which has been locked? I don’t see anything looking through the portal.

Hello Rick. Log on to the portal - find the iguide you want to lock or unlock and click iGuide Details. Scroll all the way to the bottom and there is a small box with the cover photo and 3 boxes Lock or Unlock, Edit and Show preview. You just need to click the lock or unlock button.

So I do not have that option. For my locked listings, when I go to the iGuide Details page, scroll to the bottom, inside that box the only options I see are “Lock”, “Edit” and “Preview”. This was already locked and when I click on lock it asks me if I want to lock the view that is already locked, I can do this all, day, it only ever asks if I want to lock that already locked listing. Appears as if there is no way to unlock it. Please advise!!
