I don't know, specifically, why they aren't ordering it. They just don't know what to do with the iGuide once they get them. They don't know how to use them. They don't know how to create a banner, etc.
Honestly, I really don't know why this is so hard to understand. We sell them on the iGuide, it's great we tell them, it'll get you lots of business we say. Then they get the iGuide and it's like, now what?
As operators, we really don't have the time to sit down with them and train them on all of the things you can do with them. As I've said before, I don't even know everything.
It's a very common thing for the manufacturer to hold regular training webinars in the technology field. This helps educate the end users and helps the people who are selling the service sell more of them.
I don't get why there is so much push back. It's something which would benefit ALL operators, which, in turn, benefits Planitar because we'll sell more iGuides. Two of my builders--DR Horton--the largest in the US--and Dreamfinders--big here in this area--are no longer ordering them. If they were, I'd have almost double the number of iGuides completed. They have no idea what to do with the iGuide once they get it.
