Hi, I would like to buy a used R1. I’m in Orange County, California. If you want some estimate consulting as partial trade or my older Matterport unit, we can do that, but I’m happy to pay a fair asking price.

I want to sell my nearly new Planix R1.
Only used one time.
However there is an issue.
I charged the battery using the battery charger, but did not follow the bold instructions:
Use only Planix USB-C charging cable.
Now the battery or charger is defective.
I have tried to charge it again per directions, but the charging light does not appear.
(Edit: It briefly flashed one red light, never to be seen again.)
I cannot sell it like this in good conscious
I am willing to replace both the charge and battery with new.
