HELP. 3 Level Residential Home, 3rd Level Can Only Be Accessed from Outside

I have an agent that called me today, she had someone else come by and do a Matterport scan but she was given 2 links for a tour because the 3rd level can only be accessed via the exterior of the home. Is there a way that I will be able to scan this property using my iGuide Planix to showcase all 3 levels in 1 tour or would this not be possible since the 3rd level can only be accessed via the exterior of the home?

It’s no problem having that as a single tour.

The iGuide system even lets you have multiple buildings in a single tour.
