HDPH Integration

Two requests and an observation:

I appreciate the opening of integration with HD Photo Hub. Now that we’re into-it, a couple of refinements would be awesome. After editing in Stitch - you hit “create iGUIDE” and it goes to the Portal “Create iGUIDE” page where I’ve just gone ahead and created a new iGUIDE file when HDPH had already created an empty file awaiting Stitch Tar file. If there’s a way to go straight to the Stitch.tar file upload for that particular iGUIDE from Stitch that would be amazing.

Once we’re on the Stitch.tar upload page, it would be super helpful to see an indication of the banner which was chosen through the integration so that we can correct or add a banner if necessary. There are a couple of steps easily missed to discover if the correct banner was designated to the new empty iGUIDE file created through the integration. By the time we add steps to our workflow to varify the correct banner was ascribed, the iGUIDE integration does NOT save any time for HDPH users.

FYI: I almost always make a couple of tweaks to the floorplan before saving the PDF to my computer and renaming “Measurement Document,” so I’m always trashing and replacing the PDF that was auto populated from iGUIDE to HDPH, and adding the JPG floorplans in the appropriate place.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hi Todd - seen and appreciated. We’ve passed this along to our Product team!

The R1 would allow direct upload to an already-created iGUIDE by bypassing Stitch entirely but you’re points are still valid.

I’ve noticed that in the HDPH integration, the system bypasses my default to subscribe banner owner to analytics. I now actually have to do more work and the integration is starting to cost me more time than it might save. When subscribing an email from banner, that option does not and has never appeared under the “manage analytics subscribers” as it does in the “iGUIDE Analytics” tab. Since discovering this, now I have to go back and subscribe a whole bunch of HDPH created files. Please fix this so that it honors our iGUIDE default to subscribe banner owners!

Yup, same here. I had to go back through three months jobs and manually subscribe everyone. I submitted (as did a number of others, I’ve found) a support ticket with iGuide and HDPH both. It appears that the issue is on the HDPH side of things, and is apparently under review.
