Hi there - I just surveyed a listing that had a guest house, I forgot to shoot it as a second floor, by that I mean I forgot to add it as a 2nd floor in the app. I read in a post that to add a guest house was to shoot it as a 2nd floor. Can I still just right click on main building in stitch and choose add floor and then just drag and drop into the added floor and send? Or do I need to start a ticket after uploading?
In Stitch, create a new building for the guest house and drag and drop the corresponding scans to that building.
Background: due to a long-standing Survey limitation that has weirdly not been addressed for years, you can’t create new buildings onsite so that’s why it’s suggested that you shoot them as “floors”. Later, in Stitch you create the separate buildings.
It’s easiest to make changes like those before uploading to the drafters and will only take a couple minutes.

I created another building and renamed it guest house. I highlighted all the sceans for that room and tried to drag and drop and they wont go into the guest house folder. After I draged and droped and check the guest house folder there is nothing there. I know how to highlight something and drag and drop but this didnt work. What am I doing wrong?
No. You arrange the floors and buildings however you want.
You probably didn’t create a floor on the guest house. Do that first and then drag and drop the scans onto that floor for the guest house.

You can add it as a second floor in Stitch after upload and move the scans there, then send it as usual.
A support ticket is only needed if something doesn’t process correctly afterward.
