99% of foyers in my market are an integral part of the living space, and benefits from heat, lighting, etc of the home. The local MLS wants to see measurements of foyers where available. Can we please
- Revisit the default for foyer measurements to turn them ON
- Have a preference in our settings to have these measurements default to either On or Off.
I’ve done over 1,000 iGUIDES, and when there’s a defined foyer space that’s not just a label in a walk-in room, I’ve had to manually turn-on the measurements over 1,000 times.
