Some of my clients (insurance and law firms) only want/needs the exterior views of damaged structures in some cases. Those include homes that have been destroyed by fires and have few (if any) walls remaining. I would like to scan from the exterior but for obvious reasons do not need a floorplan. Can those scans still be processed? Are there any special steps I need to take?
I am in somewhat the same boat. I have clients who have hurricane damage and have lost signs. I would like to scan the exterior of the building (along with the walkthrough) leading to the obscure office for their Google Profile. I was wondering if the perimeter could be done and how far out can it go? To the main road would be terrific.
