It would be great if there was a way to download an excel spreadsheet of all the guides within my account so that I can quickly determine if they are active or locked.
I have many Realtors who do not report to me that they are sold and this way I can clean up open iGuides that do not need to be active anymore.
Would be more useful if they gave us some tools to look at things like this on a global view rather than having to download and import somewhere.
How would you expect Planitar to know when a property is sold?
Agreed. The existing “My iGuides” grid view is great for most purposes, but adding an additional list view (maybe like a spreadsheet-type view) would be very useful for things like this.
If you are tech-savvy, you can use webhooks to send data to a spreadsheet (or elsewhere) as you go. But to my knowledge there isn’t a baked-in way to export right now.
