How can I reposition an already saved and edited tag and select the pano from which it is visible?
Unfortunately, at this time, you can not reposition a tag once created, you will need to re-create the tag & choose which pano(s) can see the tag once the new one is created.
Do I really have to delete this tag and start again from the scratch?
Yes, at this time, the feature to move a tag is not available
