Editing Floor Plan in iGUIDE Tour Alongside 360 Render Replacement

Hello,

I would like to ask if it’s possible, in any way, to modify the floor plan of an iGUIDE tour in addition to replacing the panoramas with 360 renderings.

I know it is possible to replace the panoramas, but I would also need to understand whether the tour’s floor plan/layout can also be edited or updated accordingly.

If this is not officially possible, has anyone found an alternative workflow or workaround to achieve a similar result?

Thank you in advance for your support.

I’ve been asking for 9 years. I would like to be able to fix small errors and make changes myself. Things like tiny foyers the size of a door mat, or dining/kitchen/living boundaries that the realtor is not happy with, or patios and decks that were left off or poorly traced.

The current system for requesting changes takes too long. I had one job submitted on a Friday, I sent in the list of errors to be corrected first thing on Saturday morning, and they were never done. Out of desperation I created an entire new iGuide on Sunday night with extra stitch notes to coach the drafter on how to draft a split level home, and the second iGuide was done well. I was charged for both. My experience has been that it is faster to start a new iGuide from scratch rather than wait for errors to get fixed through the support tickets.

Unfortunatley, the only way I’ve found to get changes made is through the “request an update” tab on the portal.

This is a shame. I had a floor plan that they did not even put ceiling heights on. Even though an RCP was ordered, sent back for corrections over a week ago. There has still been no response or correction. I have started using my subcontractor to avoid these problems for my clients.
