Why not have a pop-up or banner alert on the manage.youriguide website that alerts providers that there is currently delay of ** day(s) for processing? This would enable us to communicate effectively and set accurate expectations with clients. Product was sold on delivery expectation of 48 hrs. , now approaching a week and no idea what to expect.

I appreciate the suggestion regarding notifying the user if any delays exist. That said, I would be happy to look into whether your submission met our SLAs.
