Drafting time difference between 2D and 3D?

Is there a drafting time difference? I know the rule is up to 10 business days for 3D Models up to 10,000 sq ft.
I would suspect 2D plans and exterior elevations might be a bit shorter.

iGUIDE Delivery Estimates for projects under 10,000sqft are listed here - iGUIDE Delivery Time Estimates – iGUIDE Help Center

If you order an iGUIDE along with add-ons such as a DWG and Exterior Elevations, turnaround times are cumulative. For example, the iGUIDE is delivered within 24 hours, the DWG requires an additional 48 hours, and the Exterior Elevations require a further 48 hours. In total, the complete order would be delivered within 5 business days.
