It’s after 3 PM local time and I finally received one of the properties that were uploaded yesterday.
In the last few weeks, drafting turnaround time has been especially slow. When I’ve asked, support has replied with “We have been working on improving our backend queue sorting priorities and have made several adjustments to better prioritize projects and improve the order in which they’re processed.” The only difference I’ve noticed is that drafting times are now inconsistent and often much slower. I used to receive all the drafted properties within a short period of each other. Now some arrive overnight, and others many hours later.
The drafters made a significant error. A linen closet and a bedroom closet are completely missing from the floorplan and square footage, despite the fact that I scanned both of those closets.
The home seller is angsty and impatient about this, and pressuring the Realtor. This isn’t a pleasant thing to have to spend time on instead of enjoying a Saturday afternoon… I’ve submitted an update request. Let’s see how long that takes.
