I’ve had a couple of clients ask me about hosting a downloaded iGuide on their own web sites.
I’ve been searching the forum but can’t find an answer on how the client can facilitate that process once the iGuide files have been downloaded.
Any advice on that, please?
It’s very simple. Download the offline iguide and extract all of the files to a specific folder. Put that folder on the server and point to the index.html file in that folder.
When you upload the folders to the server. You have your main directory where all other site files are usually kept. When you make a folder, for example. Called House1.
You the address of that folder should be www.YourWebsite.ca/House1
And then it loads the iGuide that’s been extracted to that folder.
