Custom Listing of Total Floor plan

In BC it is common practice to add up the basement when listing the ‘Total’ square footage of a property

. The realtors like to do this and the competition providing floor plans in BC will present the ‘Total’ as including basement. Would it be possible to have this option avail for BC region?

Thanks Alex. Also, though I like the way the floor plan (example uploaded) lists all the areas and total together.
