Does anyone know if there is a standard for condo wall thickness for modern buildings? I am measuring 12cm to 20cm and I always get a warning from stitch because of this. It seems that measuring the wall thickness at the door or the balcony is not the standard expected by the drafting team.
Normally its 17-19 cm but today i had a condo 29cm. ( my tape measure is in centimetres) but this condo had bricks on it so it added prbalay 6 inches to the wall thickness.
Thanks, I curious how much wall thickness affects the overall measurement of the unit?
Just an update to the condo wall thickness question that I had. Chris mentioned in one of his online chats that it’s best not to do the exterior wall thickness because there are too many variables involved. Correct me if I’m mis-interpreting this.
