Hi, this is related to property
iGUIDE 3D Tour for 5161 Terwillegar Blvd NW, Edmonton, AB

Total Above Grade Floor Area, Main Building
Interior Area: 1109.23 sq ft
Exterior Area: 1189.40 sq ft

The Realtor and Owners are comparing properties within the same building, and saying that the Interior area should be at 1200 sq ft.
I see the Exterior Area is close to the 1200 sq ft, but the Realtor is saying that because the townhouse is in the middle, they only use the Paint-to-Paint measurement (I assume here is the Interior Area), but if it’s a Corner unit then they use the Exterior Area.

Is there a way to compare other properties of similar address?

For those units at this address, all of them use exterior measurments. The only properties using paint to paint now are apartment style condos. I can’t speak to why they think the interior should be1200 though.
