I Can’t Set The Initial Angle for Panos in the Web Portal. They keep reverting to the old angle. Using Chrome on Windows. I click the Pano, I rotate to the desired angle, I click Set Initial Angle, then click the blue Save button. But the next time I go back to that Pano, the camera angle has reverted back to the way it was before.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions. (If it makes a difference, i was using the old IMS-5 camera but I don’t think that makes a difference).
To clarify, I can set the angle TEMPORARILY. But if I click to another pano, and then go back to the pano where I just set the angle, it has reverted back to the previous angle.
Also, why are there now “portals” (don’t know if that is the official name, it looks like the up and down arrows in a circle that normally appear when going up or down stairs) when going from interior to exterior on THE SAME FLOOR??? I could sear that before you could walk out a door to the exterior without having to click on one of those “portals”. My latest tour has them when walking on to or out of doors even when everything is on the same floor.
