I’m trying to figure out the measurements for 1/2 a duplex and a couple of condos and how to enter that into the iGuide when there are common walls.
My realtor says the condo’s are paint to paint but I wasn’t sure they fall into apartment style or not since they are one level senior homes.

From the January 2024 tech update (download the tech update here):
One notable change includes the addition of a new principle:
“For semi-detached and townhouse properties, measure the property using the exterior wall at the foundation. If the thickness of the demising wall(s) cannot be determined the thickness of an exterior wall shall be used.”
