As to the analytics, I have a client that has showings on a home and for the last 2 weeks they have had no activity on the home. I know it’s hard to say why but has the system been down at all? The owner says that agents and interested parties have been going to the site.
The last time that happened to me it was because the realtor hadn’t shared the iGuide URL anywhere.
Maybe double check that they have entered the iGuide into the MLS system correctly, and encourage them to get it on the realtor’s website and facebook as well. If it’s in MLS you should be able to access it right now. It’s not enough to just see the listing address and photos/text, you need to be able to click on the actual iGuide 3D tour to register a view.
